Ashley Ramsey (Stewart) was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. After graduating from City Honors, Ashley had the honor of being a Buffalo Jill and a Buffalo Bandette while attending the University at Buffalo where she received her BS/MS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training in 2007. During her time at UB she continued her love for fitness while working with Division 1 athletes helping to improve their performance and skill level. Previous to F.I.T. Method Studio Ashley was the Group Fitness Director and a Personal trainer at Best Fitness Tonawanda for 7 years further helping to expanding her knowledge of health and wellness. Ashley's thought in life and fitness is to remember that

After a successful High School and collegian athletics career I spent 12 years as a Military Police Officer. During those phases of my life I found myself noticing the Un-healthy trends many people around me had indulged in, so, finally I decided to do something about it. My new mission is to do all in my power to help people who want to live a long, healthy and happy life. A mission that has been successful for many of my clients, not to mention rewarding! After all: reaching their goals is my goal!
